Cancellation & Refund Policy


At Metro Bazzar (owned by Yash Yogesh Shelar), we believe in helping our customers as far as possible and therefore follow a liberal cancellation and refund policy.


Order Cancellations

- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order.

- Cancellation requests may not be accepted if the order has already been processed, shipped, or communicated to the vendor/merchant.


Exceptions

- Cancellations are not accepted for perishable items (e.g., flowers, eatables).

- Refunds or replacements may be issued if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not satisfactory.


Damaged or Defective Products

- Customers must notify us within 7 days of receipt if a product is damaged or defective.

- The claim will be verified, and once approved, a replacement or refund will be provided.


Mismatch or Not as Described

- If the product received does not match the description or expectations, notify us within 7 days of receipt.

- After review, an appropriate resolution will be offered.


Products with Manufacturer Warranty

- For products covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, customers should contact the manufacturer directly.


Refund Timeline

  • Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 6–8 business days to the
  • original payment method.
